All Teams will start playing by Comp Homerun Rules for first round.  After the first round, winners will be locked into the Comp Division, Losers will be locked into the Lower Division.  The division you are locked into will determine what homerun rule you will play by.  Teams will be paired as close as possible to having Comp Teams play Lower Teams the first round.  After the first round, teams will play a double elimination tournament in the bracket they get locked into.  Prizes will be awarded to the top 2 teams from each division.  Prizes are based on 16 teams splitting into two 8 team divisions.
