I can't stress enough how important it is to get your roster online and
approved prior to making any Travel Arrangements for Winter Worlds. This is
especially important for teams getting rosters approved for the Lower
Division.
Please get your rosters online with the DL#s and make sure to pick 2014 on
the registration page.

Last couple reminders again:
- My Plan is to have game times out 1 week prior to your event weekend. I
will email them to the coaches, post them on Facebook and put them on the
message board. I will do my best to post a bracket but make no promises.
If I do post a bracket, IT IS NOT OFFICIAL and subject to change so the only
official bracket is the one at the field.
- Games Will Start Friday Night @ 7pm
- Homerun Derby will start Friday Night @ 7pm
- ALL ENTRY FEES are due 2 weeks prior to your event weekend.
- Rosters LOCK 2 weeks prior to your event weekend
- All team bats must be checked together and on the Friday night of your
event weekend.
- All players must have a Drivers License Photo ID on them at all times.
- All teams need to check in for roster signing "At the Same Time" with
their IDs.
- Coaches Meeting/Meet-N-Greet will be held at Nacho Hippo in Market Commons
directly behind Grand Park at 12 noon on both Fridays of each Men's Weekend.
You may bring your team bats here for check in but we WILL NOT be doing
player check in here.
- Bat Checks will continue at Grand Park starting 4pm on Both Friday's along
with Team Roster Check-In's. Please have your team report to the field NO
LATER THAN 2 hours before your first game time to complete team check in

What if your not coming till later on friday night how are you suppose to get checked in? Rest of team is coming early friday but me.

I would say wait to see when your team plays. If you get a Saturday game then it shouldn't be a problem. If you get a Friday early game and aren't able to check in with your team before their game time then contact me and we will discuss any possible options at that time.
We have paid in full, and are looking to register online, but I don't want to put the drivers License information online. That is a security risk that I don't want to take. Could you please offer another option?

Any word on when the brackets will be released so the teams can properly plan their travel???
