Teams,

We will be going back to Myrtle Beach, SC to have our Make-Up Date for the Rec National on Oct 16-18....This is the same weekend as the Comp World.  All 23 teams that were in the event are invited back as well as any other teams that were invited the first time but couldnt make it.  Please reply to this thread if you are back in as we will start a new team list or text me.  I will also be contacting all the coaches via text to let them know we have a confirmed make-up date.

We look forward to finally getting this tournament in.

Also i have spoken directly to both host hotels and everyone that booked with them should have gotten a full refund.  I have also spoken to some teams that didnt book the host hotels but the ones they did use said they wouldnt give a refund BUT would roll their rooms over to this weekend no charge or loss of money.  Just a thought for those of you that may have had trouble getting your money back on the cancellation.
