Lets get something started with senior ball 50 and up in North Carolina...Big market....can play on Fridays and older groups can play on Thursdays....It's there for the asking

If it was held in Lenoir NC.....start on Thursday night and finish up Friday evening.....4GG format. How many teams would be interested.....50 and up.... 60 and up division .Me and Todd Bottoms talked about this riding home from Florence.

Of course, starting on Thursday night would not be the best start time for the 50. 55 because most still work on Friday...50's would need to start late Friday's say 6pm or later
However the 60, 65 normally start on Friday morning. The 70, 75 can start on Thursday night and finish on saturday...so you would have a staggering use of fields between the age groups...older ages early in the week and younger later in the week....I would think your very 1st tournament given with the proper people pushing it the correct way could draw 25 teams year 1.....40-45 year 2 and on.....
No fields needed at night so you might save night time rental cost.....need to use pitching screen, senior bats if field fence distance will allow (300ft), 44/375 ball......fee in the mid 300 range....
