The parks are 3.3 miles apart and roughly 7-8 minutes. Teams will check in at the director's table at the designated park for their first game.

*** COACHES INFORMATION ***
Coaches: Verify that your roster is accurate. NO PLAYERS WILL BE ADDED AT THE FIELD as this is a State Tournament.
*** CASH ONLY at the fields. I will accept credit and debit cards for a small fee. ***
We will have concessions set up at both locations. Softballs will be for sale at both locations. City Park directors table will also have Hats and Shirts for sale and we will accept debit and credit cards.
We will update this board for any weather issues. Right now we are a one day tournament. If we have any weather issues we would have to bring the last few games back Sunday morning. Let you players know this is a possibility if weather becomes an issue. Right now we expect 90 degrees and a little cloudy all day Saturday.

NO ASA Only Bats
NO Senior Bats
*Bats may be the old (prior to thumb print) logo bats but MUST meet bat compression and have the BPF 1.20 stamped on the bat and legible.
* Bat tester available - you may volunteer to have bats checked. Due to the number of teams and time constraints we will check bats by request for a fee - up to 3 bats for $5. *** If a bat does NOT pass compression we will hold the bat until your team has lost out and you are leaving the park (Additional Instructions will be given)
Must Use Freedom Sports Softballs. Any year model is approved.
NO Metal Cleats
* Uniform Rule is in effect. Teams with EXACT matching shirts versus a team without gets home or choice of home.
Teams MUST be at the field and ready to play 30 minutes before scheduled game times. We will give time for travel between complexes but limit to 15 minutes travel time. Parks are 7-8 minutes apart. Only 1 game will have to transfer. All other games that exchange parks you have time to travel and are expected to be at the fields 30 minutes prior.

At the moment 6 out of 7 fields are in great shape and ready to play. We are working on field 1 and hope to play at 8 o'clock on that one as well
