Ok So here's an IDEA.
There are always people complaining about an unfair advantage in softball especially where the bat is concerned. (Shaved bats, hot bats etc.)

My idea for the Sept 20-21 in Burlington is to offer BATS! to the winning teams. For only ten teams in a division (which takes two fields to complete in one day) we will provide two Mizuno Freedom Limited Edition Blackout Bats for each field (1 26oz and 1 27oz). Teams can ONLY use the bats provided. Therefore NO bat checks!!! 
At the end of the day the teams will be playing on one field and the four bats will be moved to that field (two for each dugout vs two per field).

The winner of the tournament would get
Two (2) now Broke in Bats + One (1) New in the Wrapper (NIW) Bat   ($600 value)

Second would receive
One (1) now Broke in Bats + One (1) New in the Wrapper (NIW) Bat   ($400 value)

Third would receive
One (1) now Broke in Bats (The last one used)    ($200 value)

Prize Package Value $1200 for ten (10) team division!!!!!!!

This would be adjusted for instance if we get 10 Comp, 10 Lower and 5 Rec. 6 Bats would go to the Comp and Lower Divisions while 3 Bats would go to the Rec Division in this case. We can basically give away 3 bats per every 5 teams or for each field required. The advantage here is YOU WIN BATS and you get to play with the Mizuno Freedom Limited Edition Blackout which is the Grand Prize in the World Tournament this year.
