We will combine Rec and Lower because of only having 3 Rec teams. Rec Teams will play by the Equalizer Rule when playing a Lower team. The Equalizer will give Rec teams the option of 5 runs to start the game or 11 fielders. Lower will receive 1st Sub Dyes + Flex Fit Hats, 2nd Sub Dyes + Snap Back Hats, Rec will receive Sub Dyes (Highest Finish).
